Confirmation & Payment Terms

 

Reservation Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

• We aim to provide clear details about our establishment before finalizing a reservation, so expectations are met as closely as possible.

• Short‑notice bookings are also welcome whenever we have space available.

 

Deposits & Balance

• To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% (or full payment) is required at the time of confirmation.

• The remaining balance should be settled at least 2 weeks before arrival.

 

Payment Methods

• We accept payments via Tab or direct bank transfer.

• Please note: both options include processing fees charged by the payment provider.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed promptly, with automatic confirmation from the payment provider.

• Secure payment link refunds are instant and free of charge.

• Bank transfer refunds may take longer to process, and guests should note that bank commissions or transfer fees may apply.

• Cancellation terms are included in the payment link you receive and vary depending on season and reservation type.
